Quests

Locked Circuit

Locked Circuit is the first room most guests walk into at Latchwork Quests. We run a timed puzzle path with coded panels, magnetic locks, and soft clues when the session clock starts. Each ticket shows group size and whether the difficulty is standard or stepped. Gift Passes are not part of this room; what you play is the quest you booked. We can hold a named slot for same-week play if you write before Thursday. Evening sessions need an earlier hold. This is an on-site quest room prepared here, not a franchise arcade, and we do not fold Team Briefings into this card without labelling it.

Team Briefings

Team Briefings are the second room track: workplace groups, celebration squads, and meeting add-ons planned against a written group brief. We keep clear roles, shared clue boards, and optional photo moments when the diary allows, plus a short warm-up sheet for first-time players. Session length is listed on the sheet. Standard rooms are labelled separately from guided briefings. Latchwork Quests marks this file as lighter on walk-in slots and heavier on planned team matching. If you need matching rooms for a larger party, write the day before so a host can count seats. Saturday still gets an extra reset window when the floor is free; we will not squeeze a seventh group into a five-slot diary.

Private Bookings

Private Bookings cover exclusive room hire and closed-group sessions we host on George Street and nearby Sydney CBD slots on scheduled weekday runs. Rooms stay closed to other guests unless a ticket says shared lobby. We time these windows carefully because resets need a clear floor. Latchwork Quests does not run a nationwide chain of venues. Diaries follow the room list when group sizes match; daytime and evening blocks sit on separate slots. Write with headcount and preferred window so the venue can check the floor before you travel in. Private hire for larger teams uses a longer reset than a standard pair booking.

Family Sessions

Family Sessions sit in calmer difficulty bands, with guided clues, softer timers, and standing host support prepared on a quiet track. We keep a private corner at the desk so families can review age notes. Standard sizes are the default; larger mixed-age groups are listed on a separate ticket. Latchwork Quests will not squeeze six unrelated formats onto this card. Family Sessions are quest experiences, not childcare services. We keep rooms reset so props stay ready for the next group, and we label venue prices in Australian dollars on the ticket before you pay so nobody is surprised at the desk.

Night Shift Quests

Night Shift Quests and late evening slots sit near the end of the diary for people who want a longer after-hours run. We list start time on the ticket and whether a lobby wait is included. Standard and stepped options rotate. Latchwork Quests briefs this as an evening quest track, not an overnight stay service. Team party late slots are arranged by email, not during a Saturday queue. We host Monday through Saturday and rest the venue on Tuesday mornings for deep resets. Daytime weekday hours are quieter, which is why many guests choose that window before the night shift opens.

Gift Passes

Venue Gift Passes are the seasonal extra: simple paper vouchers for birthdays, thank-yous, and quiet celebrations. Values sit on the ticket so you can check the amount. Latchwork Quests publishes remaining pass stock on the journal page after the printing batch is opened, not before it arrives. Pass values describe spend at the venue. Guest questions stay at two to five items per mail. Pre-holds close when that week’s voucher tray is empty. Gift Passes is a limited tray, not a subscription, and we will say when a print run will not return the following month. A seasonal voucher is a packed extra, not a permanent sixth room, and we will write that on the pass instead of stretching a leftover print overnight.

Smaller extras in the same venue

Briefing cards, session tickets, AUD price tags, and weekday reset windows that sit beside the six quest rooms at Latchwork Quests. Venue notes from Sydney, written in plain language.
